I found the the people at this dealership easy to work with and they all went out of there way to see that all my Questions were answered and that we all worked together to communicated the needs that I was looking for. I feel that I got a fare deal and that i did not feel like i walked away being taken advantage of in any way. I plan on doing all my service and add on parts with Safford of Fredericksburg.

My family and I were heading back from Florida when we broke down south of Safford of Fredericksburg. The service manager, John Verne, arranged for transportation for us, arranged for my car to be towed and gave us a very fair estimate before we spent penny number one. The repairs were completed for less then the estimate and in less time then was promised. We went back two weeks later to buy a car for my daughter and dealt with Leo. He took a very slow and easy approach with us and we bought a safe reliable car that both my wife and I and my performance minded daughter are thrilled with. Two thumbs up, you CAN NOT go wrong dealing with these down to earth folks.‎
